Job Description

The Warehouse Manager is expected to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient and accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods. Typical requirements include proven warehouse or logistics management experience, strong knowledge of health and safety procedures, inventory control and performance management, and confidence using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office. Experience leading teams, managing productivity targets, controlling costs and improving processes is highly valued. The candidate should be organised, commercially aware and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. DHL will expect strong communication, people-management and problem-solving skills, together with a commitment to customer service, compliance and continuous improvement.
