Job Description

This role develops user experiences for Rakuten Mobile, from research and customer insight through UX strategy, journey design, information architecture, wireframes, and service improvement. Candidates are expected to have professional UX or product design experience, a strong understanding of user-centered design, and the ability to create and explain design proposals using tools such as Figma. Experience with mobile apps, digital services, user research, usability testing, and cross-functional collaboration is valuable. The successful candidate will work with marketing, product, engineering, and business teams, balancing customer needs with commercial objectives. Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in an international environment are important.
