Mobile Service Planner - Enterprise Solution Development Department , Group Sales Division(GSD)

Job Description

This role plans and develops mobile services for enterprise customers within Rakuten’s Group Sales Division. Responsibilities may include researching business and customer needs, designing service concepts, coordinating with engineering, sales, marketing and operations teams, preparing proposals, and supporting launches and improvement initiatives. Candidates are expected to understand mobile telecommunications, enterprise solutions or digital services, and to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders. Experience in service planning, product management, project coordination, or B2B solution development is advantageous. Business-level Japanese is likely essential, while English may be useful in Rakuten’s international environment. The successful candidate should be commercially minded, customer focused, organized, and capable of moving initiatives from concept to execution.
