Job Description

This role supports Rakuten’s Marketing Division by preparing and maintaining product specifications, FAQs, terms of use, and related customer-facing documentation. Candidates are expected to coordinate with marketing, product, legal, compliance, and technical teams; organize complex information clearly; manage schedules and approvals; and ensure documents are accurate, consistent, and easy to understand. Strong Japanese and English communication skills, project coordination experience, careful attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders are likely required. Experience in digital services, e-commerce, content creation, or documentation management would be advantageous. The successful candidate should be proactive, well organized, customer focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
