Job Description

The Kitchen Attendant supports the kitchen team by washing dishes, cleaning equipment and work areas, handling waste, receiving and storing supplies, and assisting with basic food preparation when required. Candidates should be reliable, physically fit, safety-conscious and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Attention to hygiene, teamwork and a positive attitude are essential. Previous kitchen, stewarding or hospitality experience is helpful but may not be essential. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and the ability to follow food-safety, workplace-health and hotel procedures consistently.
