Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is not an island, although Dubai’s Bluewaters Island, where Delano Dubai is located, offers a resort-style setting close to beaches, restaurants, and major attractions. Hospitality creates many opportunities for chefs, servers, housekeeping staff, supervisors, and hotel professionals, especially in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The culture combines Emirati traditions with a highly international lifestyle; modest dress and respectful behavior are expected in public and at work. Dubai offers modern transport, shopping, entertainment, warm weather, and a fast-paced expatriate community, though housing and daily expenses can be high. Employers normally sponsor work visas, residence permits, medical checks, and employment documentation. Candidates should confirm whether accommodation, meals, transport, insurance, annual leave, and airfare are included. Bring verified qualifications and employment records, and use only official recruitment channels.
