Job Description

The Food and Beverage Supervisor oversees daily service at Esprit Noir and Le Rivage, supporting smooth restaurant and bar operations while maintaining Sofitel’s luxury service standards. Requirements typically include previous supervisory experience in hospitality, strong food and beverage knowledge, excellent communication skills, customer-service confidence, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
