Bartender

Job Description

The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, takes orders, processes payments, maintains bar presentation, and delivers friendly, efficient service to hotel guests. Candidates are expected to have previous bar or hospitality experience, strong knowledge of beverages, good communication skills, and the ability to work accurately in a busy environment. An Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is generally required. The role requires a professional appearance, teamwork, flexibility for evenings, weekends and public holidays, and a genuine focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of cocktails, responsible service practices and hotel operating procedures is advantageous.
