Job Description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business and strengthening relationships with corporate clients, agencies, event organisers and local partners for The William Inglis Hotel. Requirements typically include proven hotel sales or business development experience, strong knowledge of the Sydney market, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and confidence using CRM and reporting systems. The successful candidate is expected to meet revenue targets, identify new commercial opportunities, manage key accounts, attend networking events, prepare proposals, and work closely with revenue, events and operational teams.
