Guest Service Agent

Job Description

The Guest Service Agent welcomes guests, manages check-ins and check-outs, processes payments, handles reservations and guest requests, and provides helpful information about the hotel and Perth. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-service skills, a professional presentation, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to remain calm in a busy environment. Previous hotel, reception, or hospitality experience is advantageous. The role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. A positive attitude, attention to detail, teamwork, and a genuine desire to create a pleasant guest experience are expected.
