As part of Accor, the resort benefits from international systems, training resources, career mobility and global hospitality standards. Destination Guide

Seychelles offers hospitality, tourism, marine conservation, finance, construction, healthcare and retail opportunities, although many roles require specialist skills or prior experience. The culture blends African, European and Asian influences, with Seychellois Creole, English and French widely used. Life is relaxed and outdoors-oriented, featuring beaches, hiking, diving, sailing and a warm tropical climate. Praslin is quieter than Mahé, with a small-community atmosphere and fewer services, so employees should plan for limited shopping and transport options. Accommodation may be provided by resort employers, but this should be confirmed before accepting an offer. Foreign workers generally need an employer-supported Gainful Occupation Permit, issued through Seychelles immigration authorities; the employer normally handles the application. Candidates should verify contract terms, medical requirements, flights, insurance, tax treatment and relocation support before travelling. Costs can be high, especially for imported goods, while local transport and island connections require planning.
