Job Description

The Housekeeping Team Leader supervises daily room and public-area cleaning, ensuring rooms meet Hotel St Moritz and MGallery quality standards. Requirements typically include previous hotel housekeeping experience, knowledge of cleaning procedures, strong attention to detail, physical fitness, and the ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Experience leading or training team members is preferred. The successful candidate is expected to organise workloads, inspect completed rooms, manage supplies, respond professionally to guest needs, follow health and safety procedures, and support a positive, reliable team culture. Good communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach are important. Experience with hotel property-management or housekeeping systems may also be advantageous.
