The property offers an outdoor, community-oriented experience surrounded by mountains, with accommodation, wellness activities, dining and adventure experiences designed around sustainability and local culture. Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is not an island but a federation of seven emirates, offering extensive opportunities in hotels, resorts, restaurants, wellness, events, retail and tourism. Dubai and Abu Dhabi provide the largest employment markets, while Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Hatta offer resort and outdoor-hospitality roles. The culture blends Emirati traditions with a highly international workforce; modest dress, respect for religion and considerate public behavior are important. Lifestyle options range from beaches and desert activities to shopping, dining and mountain escapes. Most overseas employees require employer-sponsored residence and work visas. Employers commonly arrange medical testing, Emirates ID processing and health insurance, while contracts may include accommodation or an allowance, transport and annual leave. Research housing costs, working hours, probation terms and benefits carefully before relocating. Summers are extremely hot, so air-conditioned living and transport are significant practical considerations.
