Venue Manager - Mee So

Job Description

The Venue Manager will oversee the daily operation of Mee So, including service standards, team supervision, guest satisfaction, staff scheduling, stock control, compliance and financial performance. Candidates should have proven hospitality or restaurant management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy hotel environment. The role requires a hands-on, commercially minded manager who can coach employees, manage guest concerns, maintain quality and safety standards, and support the venue’s sales and profitability. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays is expected.
