Job Description

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for maintaining guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces to Pullman and Accor cleanliness standards. Requirements typically include several years of hotel housekeeping experience, previous supervisory or management experience, strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, health and safety practices, quality control and departmental scheduling. The successful candidate should have good leadership, communication and organizational skills, be service-minded, detail-oriented and comfortable training team members. Experience with hotel property-management systems, inventory control and managing multicultural teams is beneficial.
