Mondrian Ibiza is a design-led lifestyle hotel in Cala Llonga, Ibiza, combining contemporary interiors, music, dining, and relaxed Mediterranean hospitality. The property is part of the Mondrian brand, operated within the wider Ennismore hospitality collective and associated with Accor’s global commercial and distribution network. Its guest experience is centered on creativity, social energy, distinctive food and beverage concepts, and a strong connection to the island. The hotel welcomes international travelers, leisure guests, groups, and visitors seeking a stylish alternative to traditional resort accommodation. Destination Guide

Spain’s islands offer many opportunities in hotels, restaurants, bars, events, travel services, wellness, transport, and entertainment. Ibiza and Mallorca are especially active during the summer season, while Tenerife and Gran Canaria provide broader year-round tourism employment. Island culture blends Spanish traditions with Mediterranean food, music, beach life, and international influences. The lifestyle is social and outdoors-oriented, although housing can be expensive and difficult to secure in peak season. Seasonal jobs may include staff accommodation, meals, or transport, but these benefits should be confirmed before accepting an offer. EU, EEA, and Swiss citizens can generally work in Spain with registration requirements. Non-EU candidates normally need an employer-sponsored work permit and a visa before starting employment. Applicants should check contract terms, accommodation, healthcare, tax registration, and local transport arrangements, and should be prepared for irregular hours during the busy tourist season.
