Company Info

SO/ Sotogrande Spa and Golf Resort Hotel is a luxury lifestyle resort in Sotogrande, Andalusia, operated under Accor’s SO/ brand. The property combines contemporary design, upscale accommodation, restaurants and bars, a spa, golf facilities, leisure activities and event spaces. It serves international leisure travelers, golf guests, wellness visitors, families and private or corporate event groups. The hotel’s service style is energetic, modern and design-led, while still reflecting the character of southern Spain. Employees work in a multicultural hospitality environment and may support banquets, dining outlets, guest experiences and large seasonal events. Sotogrande is known for its marina, beaches, polo, golf and exclusive residential setting, making the resort an attractive workplace for candidates seeking experience in luxury hospitality and destination tourism.

Destination Guide

Spain’s islands, particularly the Balearics and Canaries, offer many hospitality opportunities in hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars, events, wellness and guest services. Jobs are often seasonal, with the busiest period running from spring through autumn in the Balearics and throughout much of the year in the Canaries. Island life combines outdoor activities, beaches, relaxed social customs and strong local food traditions, although housing can be expensive and limited during peak season. EU, EEA and Swiss citizens generally need only registration and a Spanish tax or social-security number. Non-EU applicants normally require an employer-sponsored work permit before starting employment. Relocation planning should include accommodation, transport, healthcare registration, banking and proof of funds. Although Sotogrande is on mainland Andalusia rather than an island, similar resort-hospitality conditions apply, with good access to beaches, golf and international communities.
