Job Description

The Commis Chef supports the kitchen team at Mr. Good Guy, preparing ingredients, assisting with cooking and presentation, maintaining food quality, and following hygiene and food-safety standards. Applicants should have a genuine interest in cooking, good teamwork and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment. A relevant cookery qualification or commercial kitchen experience is helpful, though motivated entry-level candidates may be considered. The role requires flexibility to work part-time shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
