Company Info

Splash Beach Resort Phuket is a large beachfront resort located on Mai Khao Beach in northern Phuket, close to Phuket International Airport. The property combines hotel accommodation, holiday residences, restaurants, meeting facilities, pools and family-oriented leisure attractions, including Splash Jungle Water Park. It serves international holidaymakers, families, groups and business guests, creating a varied hospitality environment for interns and employees. The resort operates within Phuket’s competitive tourism market, where guest service, teamwork and cross-cultural communication are important. Depending on the employment arrangement, hospitality operations may be managed or supported through Accor-related systems and standards. Staff can gain practical experience in front office operations, resort guest relations and coordination between multiple departments.

Destination Guide

Phuket offers strong opportunities in hotels, resorts, restaurants, travel companies, wellness businesses and water-based tourism, especially around Mai Khao, Patong, Kata, Karon and Phuket Town. Thai culture values politeness, respect, modest presentation and the customary wai greeting. Island life combines beaches, markets, temples, nightlife and outdoor activities, although traffic, heat and seasonal tourism pressures can be challenging. Rent and living costs vary, with northern Phuket generally quieter than the main beach towns. Foreign interns normally need an appropriate Non-Immigrant visa and work or internship authorization arranged with the host organization; visa-free tourist entry does not permit employment. Requirements depend on nationality and program, so applicants should confirm paperwork with the resort, Thai embassy and university before travelling. Employer-provided accommodation, meals and transport can significantly reduce relocation costs.
