Good communication skills, a professional appearance, confidence, patience, and a positive attitude are expected. English is generally required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage. Company Info

Alwadi Hotel Doha – MGallery Collection is a luxury boutique hotel in Msheireb Downtown Doha, operated under Accor’s MGallery brand. The property combines contemporary design with Qatari culture and offers upscale accommodation, restaurants, lounges, wellness facilities, event spaces, and personalized guest services. MGallery hotels are known for distinctive character, local storytelling, and memorable hospitality rather than a standardized resort experience. As part of Accor, the hotel benefits from an international hospitality network, structured training, and opportunities to develop a career across hotels and destinations worldwide. The guest relations team plays an important role in delivering attentive, personal service to leisure, business, and VIP guests. Interns can gain practical experience in front office operations, communication, problem-solving, and luxury-service standards while working in a multicultural environment.

Destination Guide

Qatar is a compact Gulf country rather than an island, with Doha as its main business and hospitality centre. Job opportunities are strongest in hotels, restaurants, tourism, aviation, events, retail, construction, technology, and healthcare. The culture blends Islamic traditions, Qatari heritage, and a highly international population; modest clothing and respectful behaviour are important, especially during Ramadan. Lifestyle is modern and convenient, with beaches, museums, souqs, desert trips, malls, and excellent dining, although summers are extremely hot. Most foreign employees need an employer-sponsored work visa and residence permit; the employer normally manages the process after an offer. Interns should confirm whether accommodation, transport, meals, insurance, and visa support are included. Doha has reliable public transport, taxis, and ride-hailing services. Applicants should verify contract terms, costs, and legal requirements before relocating.
