The Learning & Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for developing and delivering colleague training, maintaining service standards, and supporting continuous improvement at Pullman Singapore Hill Street. Candidates are expected to have experience in hotel training, learning and development, quality assurance, or a related hospitality role. Strong communication, presentation, coaching, and organizational skills are essential, along with a good understanding of guest-service standards and operational procedures. The role requires someone who can work collaboratively with department heads, assess training needs, monitor service quality, and use feedback or performance data to improve the guest and employee experience. Experience with Accor systems or luxury and upscale hospitality is advantageous.

Pullman is Accor’s international upscale brand, designed for modern business and leisure travellers, with an emphasis on creativity, connectivity, wellbeing, and productive stays. Pullman Singapore Hill Street is located in the Civic District, close to cultural attractions, offices, and major transport links. Singapore is a compact, highly developed island city-state with strong opportunities in hospitality, finance, technology, healthcare, education, and logistics. The hotel sector is multicultural and service-oriented, and English is widely used at work. Singaporean culture values punctuality, professionalism, respect, efficiency, and harmony, while daily life offers excellent public transport, diverse food, safe neighbourhoods, shopping, parks, and easy access to regional destinations. Most foreign professionals need an employer-sponsored work pass, such as the Employment Pass for eligible managers and professionals or the S Pass for certain skilled roles; approval depends on salary, qualifications, and government criteria. Relocating employees should budget for rent, deposits, healthcare, transport, and private schooling if relevant. Housing is generally the largest expense. Singapore’s tropical climate is hot and humid year-round, with frequent rain, so light clothing and practical planning are useful.
