Job Description

The Service Manager – F&B is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, maintaining service standards, supporting outlet performance and ensuring a positive guest experience. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in hospitality, food and beverage management or a related field, along with several years of supervisory or managerial experience in a quality hotel or restaurant. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are expected, as well as knowledge of food safety, hygiene, budgeting and staff scheduling. The successful candidate should be guest-focused, confident managing multicultural teams, comfortable working shifts and able to maintain high standards during busy periods.
