Company Info

Shangri-La is a luxury hospitality group headquartered in Hong Kong, operating hotels, resorts and related hospitality businesses across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and other international markets. Its properties are known for personalized service, refined accommodation, destination dining, wellness facilities and strong attention to guest experience. The group includes several respected Hong Kong hotels and serves business, leisure and luxury travelers. Shangri-La generally promotes professional standards, teamwork, cultural awareness and internal career development. Destination Guide

Hong Kong offers strong opportunities in hotels, restaurants, catering, tourism, retail, finance and international business. The culture blends Cantonese traditions with global influences, with excellent food, festivals, efficient public transport and a fast-paced working environment. Lifestyle options range from dense urban neighborhoods and shopping districts to beaches, hiking trails and outlying islands. Rent can be expensive, particularly near major business and hospitality areas, although public transport is reliable and staff accommodation or meal benefits may be available depending on the employer. Foreign employees generally need an employment visa sponsored by a Hong Kong company before starting work; approval depends on qualifications, experience, a genuine job offer and market salary conditions. Applicants should confirm visa arrangements, contract benefits, medical requirements and housing support with Shangri-La. A valid passport and properly authenticated employment documents are normally required for relocation.
