Job Description

The Telephone Operator (Service Centre) is expected to handle guest calls, service requests and inquiries promptly and courteously, while coordinating with relevant hotel departments. Requirements typically include strong spoken English, a pleasant telephone manner, basic computer skills and the ability to multitask in a busy hospitality environment. Previous hotel, customer service or call-centre experience is advantageous.
