Job Description

The Business Development Manager – MICE is responsible for generating and managing business from meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions. Requirements typically include a degree or diploma in hospitality, business or marketing, along with several years of hotel sales or MICE experience, preferably in the UAE or wider Middle East. The candidate should have a strong network of corporate clients, event agencies and destination partners, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and a proven record of meeting revenue targets. The role expects proactive sales activity, accurate forecasting, client relationship management, event coordination and close cooperation with rooms, banqueting and operations teams. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic or other languages may be advantageous.
