The Spa Therapist delivers professional body treatments, massages, facials and wellness services while maintaining Shangri-La’s standards of guest care. Candidates typically need relevant spa or beauty therapy certification, practical experience in a hotel or day-spa environment, good knowledge of treatment procedures, and strong hygiene awareness. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a polished appearance, positive attitude and ability to recommend suitable treatments or products. The role may require shift work, weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate is expected to create a relaxing, personalised guest experience, meet service and sales targets, maintain treatment areas and equipment, and follow health, safety and company procedures.
