Income Auditor

Job Description

The Income Auditor reviews and verifies daily hotel revenue from rooms, restaurants, bars, banquets, and other outlets. Responsibilities typically include reconciling revenue reports, checking cash and credit-card transactions, investigating discrepancies, preparing daily financial summaries, and supporting month-end closing. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in accounting, finance, hospitality management, or a related field, along with relevant hotel or audit experience. Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, integrity, and proficiency in Excel and hotel financial systems are expected. Familiarity with Opera, POS systems, and accounting software is advantageous. The successful candidate should work accurately under deadlines, communicate clearly with operating departments, and maintain strict confidentiality when handling financial information.
