The Lifeguard is responsible for supervising swimming pools and designated aquatic areas, enforcing safety rules, responding quickly to emergencies, performing rescues and first aid, and maintaining accurate incident records. Candidates should hold a recognised lifeguard, CPR and first-aid qualification, with strong swimming and rescue skills. Previous experience in a hotel, resort, pool or beach environment is preferred. The successful candidate should be physically fit, alert, responsible and confident when dealing with guests. Excellent communication, teamwork and customer-service skills are expected, along with flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
