The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for leading all restaurant, bar, banquet, and in-room dining operations at Shangri-La Hambantota. Requirements typically include a degree or diploma in hospitality management, extensive experience in luxury hotels or resorts, strong knowledge of food and beverage standards, budgeting, cost control, menu planning, and team leadership.
