The Training Supervisor supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of employee training programs at Shangri-La. The successful candidate is expected to identify learning needs, maintain training records, coordinate orientations and development activities, support compliance training, and evaluate program effectiveness. Experience with learning management systems and knowledge of Philippine labor and safety requirements may be advantageous.
