Service Manager - F&B (AGSM)

Job Description

The Service Manager – F&B is expected to oversee daily restaurant, bar, banquet, and room-service operations, ensuring high service standards, guest satisfaction, food safety, and effective team performance. Candidates should have relevant hospitality experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role within a luxury hotel or resort. Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required, along with knowledge of food and beverage procedures, hygiene standards, cost control, and staff training. The successful candidate should be guest-focused, commercially aware, able to manage busy operations, and flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
