It operates hotels, resorts, residences, and related businesses across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, North America, and Africa. The group is known for Asian-inspired hospitality, high service standards, extensive guest facilities, and a strong focus on colleague development. Destination Guide

Penang Island offers a strong hospitality job market, particularly in luxury hotels, restaurants, events, tourism, healthcare, education, and property services. George Town is a UNESCO World Heritage city known for multicultural Malay, Chinese, Indian, and Peranakan influences, historic architecture, temples, mosques, markets, and excellent street food. Resort areas such as Batu Ferringhi provide a more relaxed beach lifestyle, while George Town offers cafés, shopping, nightlife, and cultural activities. Living costs are generally lower than Kuala Lumpur or Singapore, although rents near the coast can be higher. Malaysia is warm and humid year-round, with heavier rain during monsoon periods. Foreign employees normally require employer sponsorship and an Employment Pass, subject to Malaysian immigration approval; qualifications and experience must be verified. Candidates should confirm housing, medical coverage, relocation support, tax treatment, and work-permit responsibilities before accepting an offer.
