Job Description

The Assistant/Manager Revenue role is responsible for maximizing hotel revenue through forecasting, pricing, inventory control, market analysis and distribution management. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in hospitality, business or a related field, together with experience in hotel revenue management, reservations or front office operations. Familiarity with revenue-management systems, online travel agencies, budgeting and Microsoft Excel is expected. The successful candidate should have strong analytical, communication and decision-making skills, understand local and international markets, and be comfortable working with sales, marketing and operations teams. Flexibility, commercial awareness and the ability to perform under pressure are important, along with professional English; additional languages may be advantageous.
