Public Area Attendant (公眾地方清潔員)

Job Description

The Public Area Attendant is responsible for keeping hotel lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, recreational areas and other shared spaces clean, tidy and presentable. Duties include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing surfaces, replenishing supplies, handling cleaning equipment safely and reporting maintenance or safety issues. Candidates should be physically fit, detail-oriented, reliable and comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays. Previous hotel or commercial cleaning experience is advantageous, while a positive attitude, good teamwork and courteous guest service are expected. Basic communication skills in English or Chinese may be required, together with the ability to follow hygiene, safety and Shangri-La service standards.
