Sales Coordinator

Job Description

The Sales Coordinator supports the hotel’s sales team with administrative and commercial activities, including preparing proposals, maintaining client records, coordinating appointments, handling correspondence, updating sales reports and assisting with corporate, leisure and group business. Candidates should ideally have a diploma or degree in hospitality, business or a related field, together with relevant hotel sales or administrative experience. Strong organisation, communication and customer-service skills are expected, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel systems. The role requires attention to detail, professional presentation, teamwork and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility, a positive attitude and willingness to support client events and hotel operations are also important.
