The company operates properties under the Shangri-La, Shangri-La Resorts, JEN, and other related brands. Its service culture focuses on genuine hospitality, personalized attention, comfort, and respect for local communities. Shangri-La Hong Kong properties offer accommodation, restaurants, lounges, wellness facilities, meeting spaces, and premium guest services. Destination Guide

Hong Kong offers strong employment opportunities in hotels, tourism, restaurants, retail, finance, logistics, technology, and professional services. The culture blends Cantonese traditions, international influences, efficient public services, and a fast-paced urban lifestyle. Residents enjoy excellent public transport, diverse food, shopping, hiking trails, beaches, and vibrant arts and nightlife. Housing is expensive, especially on Hong Kong Island and in central Kowloon, so many workers share accommodation or live in the New Territories. Eligible overseas professionals generally need an employment visa sponsored by a Hong Kong employer, commonly through the General Employment Policy; requirements include a confirmed job, relevant qualifications or experience, and suitable remuneration. Employers normally assist with documentation, but applicants should confirm current immigration rules. A valid Hong Kong driving licence is important for valet work, and overseas licence holders may need to apply for a direct issue or complete local licensing procedures.
