Job Description

The Food & Beverage Administrator supports the department with daily administration, staff records, scheduling, purchasing paperwork, reports, inventory documentation and communication between outlets and management. Candidates should have administrative or hospitality experience, good knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong organisation skills and accurate data-entry ability. Previous food and beverage experience is advantageous. The role requires professional communication, attention to detail, confidentiality and the ability to manage several tasks in a busy hotel environment. The successful candidate is expected to work cooperatively with restaurant, bar, kitchen and finance teams, maintain accurate records, meet deadlines and provide reliable support that helps deliver Shangri-La’s service standards.
