Job Description

This role supports the planning and daily operation of family-focused activities, events and guest experiences at Shangri-La Singapore. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in hospitality, events, leisure management or a related field, plus experience coordinating activities, events or children’s programmes. The successful candidate should be organised, creative, confident with guests, and comfortable supervising colleagues and working across departments. Strong communication, customer-service and problem-solving skills are expected. Experience working with families, children or resort entertainment is advantageous.
