Job Description

The Bartender/Mixologist prepares and serves cocktails, wine, spirits, beer and non-alcoholic drinks at Lobster Bar & Grill, while delivering polished service in line with Shangri-La standards. Candidates should have relevant bartending or luxury hotel experience, sound knowledge of classic cocktails, beverage presentation, hygiene and responsible alcohol service. Mixology training and familiarity with premium spirits are advantageous. The role requires good communication, teamwork, a professional appearance and the ability to remain composed during busy service periods. The successful candidate is expected to understand guest preferences, recommend beverages, maintain an organized bar, control stock and support a memorable dining experience. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and public holidays is normally required.
