Family Experience Supervisor

Job Description

The Family Experience Supervisor is responsible for creating engaging, safe and memorable activities for children and families, while maintaining Shangri-La’s service standards. Typical requirements include experience in hospitality, childcare, recreation, guest relations or family entertainment, together with supervisory ability and strong communication skills. Candidates should be energetic, patient, creative and confident working with children and parents from different cultures. English is generally required; Cantonese, Mandarin or other languages may be advantageous in Hong Kong. The role may involve organizing family programs, supervising activities, coordinating with hotel departments, handling guest feedback and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed. Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and varying shifts is expected.
