Job Description

The Service Leader – HR supports daily human resources operations, including employee relations, recruitment coordination, onboarding, records management, policy implementation, and staff engagement. Candidates are generally expected to have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, together with hotel or service-industry HR experience. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor practices, communication skills, discretion, organization, and problem-solving ability are important. The successful candidate should be approachable, service-oriented, confident working with employees at all levels, and able to maintain confidentiality while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
