Job Description

The Home & Investment Lending Manager is responsible for helping customers achieve their home ownership and property investment goals through suitable lending solutions. Requirements typically include experience in residential lending, banking, financial services or relationship management; strong knowledge of credit assessment, responsible lending obligations and home loan products; and the ability to meet compliance and risk standards. The successful candidate is expected to build trusted customer relationships, identify lending opportunities, manage applications from enquiry to settlement, and provide clear, timely advice. Strong communication, negotiation, organisation and digital banking skills are important, along with the ability to work collaboratively and meet service and performance targets.
