Job Description

The Banking Consultant supports customers in the Figtree branch by handling everyday banking needs, explaining products and services, processing transactions, and identifying suitable lending, savings, or digital solutions. Candidates are expected to provide friendly, accurate service, communicate confidently, build trust, meet customer and team objectives, and follow banking, security, and compliance procedures. Experience in customer service, retail, banking, or sales is useful, although ANZ may provide training. The role also requires sound digital skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to manage customer enquiries professionally in a busy branch environment.
