Job Description

The Advisor, Specialised Credit role supports lending decisions for agribusiness and commercial real estate customers. Requirements typically include strong credit assessment experience, knowledge of financial analysis, cash-flow modelling, property or agricultural lending, and an understanding of credit policy and risk management. The successful candidate is expected to assess complex proposals, identify risks, structure suitable facilities, prepare clear recommendations, and work closely with relationship managers, customers, legal teams, and credit stakeholders. Strong communication, sound judgement, attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are important.
