Job Description

The Banking Consultant supports customers with everyday banking, lending, deposits, payments and digital banking services in an ANZ branch. The role typically requires strong customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, confidence using technology, and the ability to understand customer needs and follow banking, risk and compliance procedures. Previous banking, retail or sales experience is helpful, while training may be provided.
