Destination Guide

Japan offers hospitality opportunities in luxury hotels, restaurants, resorts, tourism, wellness, and seasonal destinations such as Hokkaido, Okinawa, Kyoto, and Osaka. The culture values punctuality, respect, cleanliness, teamwork, and careful attention to guests. Osaka provides excellent food, efficient transport, lively neighborhoods, and a generally lower cost of living than Tokyo, although rent can still be high near central areas. Daily life is convenient, with reliable public services, healthcare, and extensive rail connections. Foreign workers normally need an employer-sponsored work visa, commonly under an Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services or related status, depending on duties and qualifications. Applicants should confirm sponsorship, working hours, accommodation, taxes, insurance, and relocation support before accepting an offer. Learning basic Japanese is highly recommended and can significantly improve workplace communication and integration.
