Job Description

The Chef de Partie (Japanese Sushi) is responsible for preparing high-quality sushi, sashimi, rolls, and related Japanese dishes in the All Day Dining kitchen. Requirements typically include professional culinary training, previous experience in a Japanese or sushi kitchen, strong knife skills, knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
