The company operates hotels, resorts, and private residences in many of the world’s leading destinations. Four Seasons Maldives at Kuda Huraa is a private island resort in North Malé Atoll, offering villas, dining, wellness services, water activities, and curated island experiences. The resort places strong emphasis on hospitality standards, teamwork, professional development, and respect for local culture. Employees generally work in an international environment alongside colleagues from many countries. Working in Maldives

Maldives resort islands offer opportunities in culinary operations, housekeeping, front office, marine activities, engineering, wellness, finance, and management. Kuda Huraa is a small private resort island with a quiet, tropical lifestyle focused on hospitality, beaches, water sports, and close-knit staff communities. Local Maldivian culture is shaped by Islam, seafaring traditions, fishing, and strong family values; modest dress and respectful behavior are important when visiting inhabited islands. Most overseas employees live in employer-provided staff accommodation and receive meals, with limited access to larger shopping or nightlife areas. Employers normally arrange the necessary employment approval and work visa, but candidates must provide valid documents, medical clearance, and follow immigration requirements. Travel insurance, personal savings, and careful checking of contract terms are recommended before relocation.
