Job Description

The Operations Support Agent Associate assists with daily shipment and station operations, including updating records, coordinating package movements, preparing documentation, responding to operational enquiries and supporting service targets. The role generally requires sound computer skills, attention to detail, clear communication and the ability to follow procedures accurately. Previous experience in logistics, freight, administration, customer service or a busy operational environment is advantageous.
