Revenue Manager

Job Description

The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximising room revenue and profitability across assigned Minor Hotels properties in Australia and New Zealand. Requirements typically include several years of hotel revenue management experience, strong knowledge of forecasting, pricing, distribution channels and property-management systems, together with excellent analytical and communication skills. The successful candidate is expected to monitor market trends, manage inventory and rates, prepare forecasts and budgets, and work closely with sales, reservations, marketing and hotel leadership. Candidates should be commercially minded, confident presenting recommendations, comfortable working with data, and able to balance strategic planning with daily revenue decisions.
